DERBY NATIONAL WEEKEND CAMPING (TWO NIGHTS)
In booking your camping pitch you understand and accept the following:
In the unlikely event that Derby City Council deem the camping fields unsuitable for camping and parking, due to ground conditions, the Event will still go ahead without onsite camping and all camping fees will be refunded. Alternative car parking would be at Derby Arena a short traffic free walk away.
BY BOOKING A PITCH YOU AGREE TO ADHERE TO THE CAMPSITE RULES AS PUBLISHED ON OUR FACEBOOK PAGE AND AT www.derbybmx.com/camping-info. Camping pitches measure 9x9m. Due to fire regulations, please keep within the marked pitches to allow access to emergency vehicles, one vehicle only per pitch, extra vehicles will be asked to move to the car park (parking fee payable).
Please arrive after 10.00 on Friday 31st August 2026, via Meadow Lane, Alvaston.
Please note the campsite must be vacated one hour after racing finishes on Sunday 2nd August 2026.
THE CAMPSITE IS A NON SMOKING AREA.
NO BARBECUES OR OPEN FIRES ALLOWED ON THE GRASS.
Please tell us under booking name if you are also booking for someone else by including their name.
THERE WILL BE NO ENTRY TO THE CAMPSITE IF YOUR NAME IS NOT NOTED ON THE LIST.

Pitches are available on first come, first served basis. PRE PAY ONLY.
There will be no entry to the campsite before 10.00 on Friday 31st July 2026. If you are arriving early please arrange to park up away from the site and its access roads.If you decide not to camp and sell on your ticket please let us know, if the name is not on the list they won’t get in.
