COMPETITOR & OFFICIALS CAMPING

In booking your camping pitch you understand and accept the following:

In the unlikely event that Derby City Council deem the camping fields unsuitable for camping and parking, due to ground conditions, the Event will still go ahead without onsite camping and all camping fees will be refunded. Alternative car parking will be at Derby Arena, and access to the site will be via the riverside pedestrian path.

Please take a few minutes to read the important information below. Upon booking your camping pitch you agreed to abide by the site rules and if found to be breaking these rules may be asked to leave.

Stewarding and Traffic Management is being handled by Stadium a company experienced in managing large events, alongside our club volunteers. We expect all our stewards to be treated with respect during your time on our site.

All campers will be in one field, however, motorhomes may be asked to pitch in specific areas at the edge of the field to reduce the damage to the football pitch areas and ensure easy access on and off the site.

Entry to the campsite opens at 10am on Friday 23rd August, via Meadow Lane, Alvaston and vacated by 10am Monday 26th August.

FIRE AND CAMPSITE SAFETY

THE CAMPSITE IS A NO SMOKING AREA.
Please smoke away from the camping pitches and outside of the fenced area.

You will see that camping pitches 9m x 9m have been marked out, please keep within these lines, one tent/caravan or motorhome per pitch. To meet fire regulations we strongly advise that you position your camp in the centre of your pitch leaving as much space as possible between yourself and your neighbour.

Only one vehicle per pitch please, parked within your pitch to keep roadways clear throughout the campsite, to enable the entry and exit of emergency vehicles. Any extra vehicles will be asked to park in the Car Park (parking fee payable). For safety reasons do not park your vehicle directly in front of your tent entrance. No parking along the fence and please keep vehicle movement to a minimum especially during event times.

Please keep your speed to a minimum on the campsite at all times with a maximum of 5mph.

There will be firepoints situated around the site, please make note of your nearest firepoint, if there is a fire please ring the bell to alert other campers and make your way to the nearest emergency exit point. In the event of an emergency please call 999.
