DERBY NATIONAL TRADERS PITCH
Trader pitches will be pre-pay only and include a car/van space.
In line with BC recommendations pitches have been priced at
£75 Small (Up to max 6x3m area inclusive of car/van)
£150 Large (Up to max 9x9m area inclusive of car/van)
Bring along a promotional banner and this can be displayed trackside included in your booking.
If you would prefer to an invoice please email club@derbybmx.com and let us know this size of pitch required and we will issue an invoice for payment rather that booking online. Payment must be received by 1st July to confirm booking.
HEALTH & SAFETY - There has been a change in the law to which fire extinguishers need to be carried by trade stalls. Therefore it is a traders responsibility to carry appropriate fire safety equipment relevant to the latest laws. Please note there will be no access to power or running water in the trade area itself.
If you could email any Public Liability insurance documentation to club@derbybmx.com that would be appreciated.
Access to the Trade Village will be from 9am on Friday 31st, early access on Thursday 30th July be available by requested please contact club@derbybmx.com to confirm and let us know your arrival time.
Any donations of prizes for our raffle would be great received :)
