Here is some information for you about the event, more to follow but this covers the bulk of the FAQs.
TRACK HIRE
We have already taken all the booking we are able to cover Pre-national. If you plan to come to the track please check our calendar before travelling and avoid times when coaches are running any sessions and be respectful if this can't be avoided.

WEEKEND CAMPING - Booking opens 10am Saturday 6th June
We will be offering onsite camping, all camping pitches are pre pay only. 2 nights (Friday & Saturday) no other options.
All camping pitches are 9 x 9m to ensure cars can fit, and keep road ways clear to meet with fire safety requirements.
All campers will be on one field, however, Motorhomes may be asked to pitch in one area together at the edge of the field depending on ground conditions.
All facilities associated with camping will be provided, toilets, showers, waste water tank, evening lighting and 24 hr security on site.
Stewarding, Traffic Management and Security will be handled by Stadium, a company experienced in managing large events alongside our club volunteers.
Entry to the campsite opens at 10.00 on Friday 31st July 2026, via Meadow Lane, Alvaston.
The campsite must be vacated within 1 hour of racing finish on Sunday 2nd August 2026.
In booking your camping pitch you understand and accept the following:
In the unlikely event that Derby City Council deem the camping fields unsuitable for camping and parking, due to ground conditions, the Event will still go ahead without onsite camping and camping fees will be refunded on request.
Alternative car parking will be at Derby Arena a short traffic free walk away.

PLEASE NOTE THE CAMPSITE IS A NO SMOKING AREA
PLEASE SMOKE IN THE DESIGNATED AREA OR OUTSIDE OF THE FENCED AREA.
PLEASE NOTE: No one will be allowed access to the campsite before it opens at 10am. Please make other arrangements to park up away from the site and it’s access roads, if you will be arriving early.

CLUB & TEAM AREA GAZEBOS - Booking opens 10am Saturday 20th June
Gazebo spots will be available for affiliated Clubs and Teams.
Please help us with admin by making ONE gazebo booking per Club/team
(3 x 3, 6 x 3 or 9 x 3), on a first come, first served basis.

BMX TRADERS PITCH BOOKINGS - Booking opens 10am Saturday 16th May
In a change to our usual Brits layout we hope to accommodate our traders, teams and caterers all in one area,
to the side of the track (finish straight side).
Costs as agreed at hosts meeting:
Small: Up to max 6x3 area, £75 (or £100 of raffle prizes). Area inclusive of car/van.
Large: Up to max 9x9 area, £150 (or £200 of raffle prizes). Area inclusive of space for car/van.
All traders are encouraged to bring along a promotional banner and this can be displayed trackside included in your booking.
Please note there will be no direct access to power or running water in the trade area itself.
HEALTH & SAFETY - There has been a change in the law to which fire extinguishers need to be carried by trade stalls. Therefore it is a traders responsibility to carry appropriate fire safety equipment relevant to the latest laws.
PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE RESTRICTED VEHICLE ACCESS PAST THE TRACK DURING TIMES OF TRACK USE.
FIRE SAFETY - There has been a change in the law to which fire extinguisher need to be carried by trade stalls. Therefore it is a traders responsibility to carry appropriate safety equipment relevant to the latest laws.
SPONSORSHIP AND ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES
There are opportunities around the event to support the club and our sport and promote your service, product or company.

WEEKEND TRACKSIDE PARKING - Booking opens 10am Saturday 20th June - PRE BOOK ONLY
Weekend Competitor Parking will be available to purchase in advance from Saturday 20th June 10am, the cost will be £15 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), Spectators parking available £10 per day on the gate (Saturday and Sunday). When you pre book online you will receive a QR code via email, please save this to your Apple or Google Wallet. You can collect your Car Park Pass, throughout July or at our Regional. If you do collect your pass in advance please KEEP IT SAFE, we will not be handing out replacements.
Please display your hanger on arrive on site and at all times. This advance booking and collection will hopefully help to ease traffic flow on the access road. Overflow parking, should it be required, will be at Derby Arena (what3words focal.snack.player) a short traffic free walk away. Priority will always be given to competitors on site, spectators may be asked to park at the overflow. More details to follow.
FRIDAY NIGHT GATE PRACTICE - Booking opens 10am Saturday 20th June - PRE BOOK ONLY
Advance bookings for the Clubs Friday Practice will be available to purchase on line from Saturday 20th June 10am. When you pre book online you will receive a QR code please save this to your Apple or Google Wallet and have it ready to collect your practice bands on arrival. You will be given a band to show in the pens, these advance booking and collection measures will hopefully reduce queuing when it comes to practice time. The track will be closed for setup prior to practice start times.

CATERING, SHOPPING AND EATING OUT
Hot and cold drinks and treats will be available from our club tuck shop. Plus a full range of catering options from Premier Catering will be available in the Trade Village Area. Hot and cold drinks and snacks are also available on site from The Waterside Cafe located in the park pavilion building.
On Pride Park, a five minute drive away, you will find Burger King, McDonalds along with Frankie & Bennys, Subway, Harvester, Niccos and Seven. In the Derbion centre, you will find, Wagamama, Carluccio’s, Nando’s, Pizza Express, Fridays and Five Guys plus much more.
In the Alvaston shopping area you will find a Tesco Express, Lidl, Steve’s Fish Bar and a selection of Pizza, Chinese and Indian takeaways. There is also a large Sainsburys store on the far side of Pride Park at DE21 6NZ
